Touchstone’s Electric Fireplaces are shipped via UPS Ground service. If you would like priority shipping, please call us at 800-215-1990 to request a quote.
These deliveries are handled the same way as any UPS Ground shipment, so they can be left when you are not home. Touchstone is responsible for the delivery only to the point that the Fireplace is dropped off, so please be aware of any possible issues with a drop off delivery if you are not home, or if the weather is an issue.
We will send you an email with your order shipment tracking information, so you can check with the shipping carrier directly to track your shipment.

We purchased the Sideline Elite Smart 80037 60" WiFi-Enabled Recessed Electric Fireplace (Alexa/Google Compatible). I am a picky person. I do not like tacky looking stuff. We looked at competitive products that, frankly, were not impressive, but were more than double the cost. We decided to take a chance on this product after researching the company. We LOVE this fireplace!!! We can't say enough about it!! The flames look great... it has all the options that the more "expensive" brands offered for a fraction of the price. In fact, I like it better than the $5000.00 one we looked at in person. This fireplace adds ambience and dimension to our family room. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

We could not be more pleased with this product! This feature adds so much aesthetically to our home. It was super easy to install with all the measurements given so we could build on our own. We love all the features this fireplace offers, it’s super quiet when turned on and has more color options than we anticipated. The app and wifi are so nice and easy to use. Also want to say how incredibly helpful customer service was in answering our questions prior to deciding to purchase. We Will be purchasing again when we finish our basement!
