Overview

The Touchstone Sideline Elite® 100 inch Electric Fireplace combines traditional style with smart-home features. With WiFi-enabled technology, you can control the realistic flames using voice commands through Alexa or Google Home. The Elite line offers unmatched flame quality, multiple color options, and quality design with a sleek border, making it a favorite among smart consumers and contractors.

Realistic Flame

Experience the impressive flame display of Touchstone electric fireplaces. These flames create a cozy atmosphere without the hassle of a real fire, and they look stunning in any room. Choose from 60 color combinations to customize your ambiance. The Sideline Elite offers both heat and flame settings operated by a remote control (batteries not included).

Heating Capabilities

The Sideline Elite® provides heat while recessed into the wall, with a vent in the front for warmth distribution. It has two heat settings and can heat a room up to 400 sq. ft. Please note that it is not intended to be the primary heat source, but rather to supplement the existing heating system. Control the heat settings using the remote or built-in timer.

Mounting and Use

The Sideline Elite electric fireplace offers flexibility in installation. It can be recessed into the wall or mounted onto the surface. Detailed instructions are provided for both options. For optimal placement, we recommend keeping a distance of at least 8 inches below the ceiling or mounted flat screen TV, considering the heating feature.

Delivery & Shipping

Touchstone’s largest electric fireplaces are shipped via freight lift-gate service. Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email. It typically takes 1-2 business days to process and ship your order.

The delivery will be made to your curbside. Similar to most ground shipments, signature may not be required. Be aware of any possible issues with a drop off delivery if you are not home, or if the weather is an issue. You are responsible for unpacking your Touchstone Product, disposing of packing material and placing/installing the product in your house.

We will send you an email with your order shipment tracking information, so you can check with the shipping carrier directly to track the progress of your delivery. There is a 14 day window to voice any missing or damaged items. Please call us at 1-800-215-1990 and we would be happy to assist you.
