Overview

The Touchstone Sideline Elite® Pro 50-inch Smart Electric Fireplace features enhanced, industry-leading flame technology designed for professionals, combining smart-home integration with a realistic flame display for a luxurious touch to any room. It boasts a deeper viewing area, high-end crystals, driftwood, and a built-in crackle speaker with adjustable volume. Compatible with Alexa and Google Home, this fireplace offers customizable settings, including 6 flame colors, 13 ember bed colors, and 5 flame speeds, along with 13-color down lighting for an enhanced display. With up to 78 color combinations, it’s ideal for rooms up to 400 sq. ft., providing supplemental heat with two settings and a thermostat mode. The unit can be wall-mounted or recessed, with easy installation and versatile placement options. The flexible installation design allows items to be mounted above the fireplace, with a recommended 8-inch gap between the top of the fireplace and the items above.

This drop-off delivery is handled the same as any Ground shipment (FedEx® or other) and will be left at the point of delivery. Great quality and looks great

Just wall mounted in our master bedroom and looks great. Flame is awesome looking and so many options of Led light colors. At night set the timer and light levels. Gives a great glow to the room. In mornings turn on the fire crackle level and relax and read. Turn on with Alexa, remote, or phone. In the evenings I use my phone, turn on heat level 1 or 2. Level 2 will heats up room quickly. Down lighting gives that extra glow and room ambience. Easy install, though I used my long screws into the stud. Bracket don't look like much but it works great. Hope to build a mini wall around it. But if not, it looks great at night in bedroom. If your going to put in livingroom, suggest to build something around it for looks. But bedroom it just fine wall mounted. Happy with the build and quality of unit. Customer service great to work with. I bought mine in late November on Amazon and was able to purchase direct from Touchstone their extended warranty. Also dealt with customer service and they responded professionally and timely. 5 stars

This unit came well packaged, easy to install, easy to set up WiFi app , easy to use app, great looking flames, many different variations for flame colors. Will do 250 sqft for heating. The Sound of the flames is decent. A very relaxing product to make your space in your home the best.
