CanadaGreat lift for a fireplace TV
We wanted a TV in our new home where the fireplace was, but the 50,000 BTU heat would have melted the TV. The TS product was the best and least expensive method for raising and lowering the TV. We wet the mechanism back into the fireplace enclosure so that the TV would not stick out as far. The roller bracket was removed and replaced with a custom bracket for the center speaker of the surround sound system (about $100). Could not be happier.

I love it! It works so good I attached it to the ceiling, by asking your technicians because I was a little confused about turning it upside down. But I can’t tell I had a little problem pairing it with the remote control. But once I figured down was up and up was down, they paired perfectly. I love it what a great product. Thank you so much for all your help and your staff is unbelievably helpful from your customer service to your technicians to all your managers. Everybody was so willing to help me and had a lot of patience for all the questions I was asking and they got back to me in really great time and they guided me through everything. You have a wonderful staff and a wonderful product. Thank you so much for your help and your product Ray Ibelli. ��

This lift is very well built. There is nothing that is flimsy or cheap. Quite operation as expected. Very easy to mount and install. Wish I could work it with my phone. I expect many years of service from this quality equipment.

I bought this lift to replace my Bungalow cabinet's lift, which died after 13 years of use. It isn't an exact replacement: it is lighter and doesn't use the same screw points as the old one does, but, because of the lower weight, it was easier to move this into place than to remove the older one. Operation is effortless and there is little noise from the lift mechanism. It still definitely is a two person job, though, so, if you are old like I am, be sure to have a younger, stronger person around to take the laboring oar. I want to give a shout out to Touchstone tech support. Both before and after my purchase, they were consistently helpful. I called on them to help me choose the right replacement lift, to learn how to remove the TV stuck in the cabinet with the dead older lift, and to assist in the installation where the instructions weren't entirely clear. You can reach a live expert on the phone quickly. That alone is reason to recommend this product and company.
