Easily adjust the colors and intensity of the flames and flame bed using the touchscreen, app, remote control or Alexa and Google Home. Equipped with 10 flame and 6 flame bed colors.

Cool to the Touch Glass

The Sideline Infinity’s glass front and sides remain cool to the touch, providing a safer alternative to a wood burning fire.

Easy, Versatile Installation

Enhance any room with the sleek, modern fireplace style of the Sideline Infinity. It can be plugged into an outlet or hardwired, and a mounting bracket is included. Choose from three installation options for the desired view. For safety, ensure a safe clearance from the fireplace heating vent by placing the Sideline Infinity at least 8 inches below the ceiling or a wall-mounted TV.

Easy Operation - WiFi Enabled

Adjust the flames, flame bed and heat settings by touchscreen, remote control or smartphone app. The touchscreen lights dim a few seconds after adjustment. See the WiFi Set Up Guide for more information.

The included remote control requires AAA batteries (not included).

Delivery & Shipping

Touchstone’s largest electric fireplaces are shipped via freight lift-gate service. Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email. It typically takes 1-2 business days to process and ship your order.

The delivery will be made to your curbside. Similar to most ground shipments, signature may not be required. Be aware of any possible issues with a drop off delivery if you are not home, or if the weather is an issue. You are responsible for unpacking your Touchstone Product, disposing of packing material and placing/installing the product in your house.

We will send you an email with your order shipment tracking information, so you can check with the shipping carrier directly to track the progress of your delivery. There is a 14 day window to voice any missing or damaged items. Please call us at 1-800-215-1990 and we would be happy to assist you.
