The Sideline® 28 electric fireplace by Touchstone is a compact and ventless option that delivers a built-in look and cozy ambiance. Perfect for smaller spaces and RVs, it offers the convenience of an electric fireplace.

Realistic Flame

Featuring a lifelike flame, the Sideline® 28 offers 5 brightness settings in 3 colors, replicating the charm of a traditional wood-burning fireplace. Its realistic flame enhances the overall experience.

Wi-Fi Enabled, Compatible with Amazon Alexa and Google Home

Control the Sideline Electric Fireplace from your lounge chair using the included remote control or Smart mobile app. Connect it to compatible smart home devices through the app for added convenience. Multiple Flame Colors

The Sideline Electric Fireplace offers customization with three flame color options and five intensity settings. Enjoy the cozy ambiance of realistic flames in orange, blue, or blue-orange hues. Heating Capability

While not intended as a primary heat source, the Sideline® 28 can effectively warm up a room of up to 300 square feet. It provides two heat settings and can be enjoyed without heat for visual appeal.

For a personalized touch, the Sideline® 28 comes with both faux log and glass crystal options, allowing you to choose between contemporary or traditional aesthetics.

Mounting and Use

With easy installation, the Sideline® 28 can be recessed or wall-mounted. Follow the provided mounting instructions for proper placement, ensuring it is positioned at least 8 inches below the ceiling or below a mounted flat-screen TV for optimal performance. We recommend placing the fireplace at least 6 inches from the floor.

Dimensional Drawing

This drop-off delivery is handled the same as any Ground shipment (FedEx® or other) and will be left at the point of delivery. This delivery may arrive when you are not home, so please make any necessary arrangements in the event of your absence or inclement weather. Touchstone Home Products is responsible for the delivery only to the point that the Fireplace is dropped off.

The LTL delivery will be made to your curbside. Similar to most ground shipments, signature may not be required. Be aware of any possible issues with a drop off delivery if you are not home, or if the weather is an issue.

You are responsible for unpacking your Touchstone electric fireplace, disposing of packing material and placing/installing the product in your house.

We will send you an email or SMS (depending on your selected communication preference) with your order shipment tracking information, so you can check with the shipping carrier directly to track your shipment.
