Electric Fireplace Shipping, Warranty and Return Policy

This drop-off delivery is handled the same as any Ground shipment (FedEx® or other) and will be left at the point of delivery. This delivery may arrive when you are not home, so please make any necessary arrangements in the event of your absence or inclement weather. Touchstone Home Products is responsible for the delivery only to the point that the Fireplace is dropped off.

The LTL delivery will be made to your curbside. Similar to most ground shipments, signature may not be required. Be aware of any possible issues with a drop off delivery if you are not home, or if the weather is an issue.

You are responsible for unpacking your Touchstone electric fireplace, disposing of packing material and placing/installing the product in your house.

We will send you an email or SMS (depending on your selected communication preference) with your order shipment tracking information, so you can check with the shipping carrier directly to track your shipment.
