Touchstone’s largest electric fireplaces are shipped via freight lift-gate service. Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email. It typically takes 1-2 business days to process and ship your order.
The delivery will be made to your curbside. Similar to most ground shipments, signature may not be required. Be aware of any possible issues with a drop off delivery if you are not home, or if the weather is an issue. You are responsible for unpacking your Touchstone Product, disposing of packing material and placing/installing the product in your house.
We will send you an email with your order shipment tracking information, so you can check with the shipping carrier directly to track the progress of your delivery. There is a 14 day window to voice any missing or damaged items. Please call us at 1-800-215-1990 and we would be happy to assist you.

Sideline 72 Recessed
I installed this model myself. The directions were clear and the final result was exactly what I expected. The instructions suggested that the installation requires two people but I did the whole installation by myself without problems. The flame is quite realistic and the unit enhances the room in which it was installed. I was apprehensive to buy a unit I had never seen in person but this unit is a nice as I had hoped.

Great so far, but not installed yet
At his point all we have done is unboxed and tested. The fan motor causes a rattle when the heat is turned on and as the fan comes up to speed. I'll try to mitigate that when I install the fireplace. I noticed a few screws in the area of that heating element are stripped out and perhaps that is why. Beyond that the fireplace looks and works as we expected it to. If I can get that rattle to go away I'll give it a 5 star rating.

Sideline 72
This fireplace is absolutely wonderful. Very easy to install in our new Mexican home. It was a bit of hassle getting it here. But, thanks to a friend who makes the trip from the border to our location monthly, we got it here. The install was made easy with the instructions given. We had to have a steel frame built because it was going into a brick and concrete wall. My wife and I did it in about 1 hour. The fireplace works flawlessly and looks great. I would definitely purchase another Touchstone.
