The Sideline® 84 is the widest electric fireplace in the collection, designed to make a powerful statement in larger rooms. It offers a ventless design and the most realistic flame in an electric fireplace.

Realistic Flame with Log & Crystal Hearth
Enjoy Touchstone's exclusive, natural-looking flame with 5 settings. The Sideline® 84 includes both crystal and log set hearths for customization.

Multiple Flame Colors
Emulate the cozy atmosphere of a traditional fireplace with authentic-looking flames. Choose from three color-changing options and five intensity settings. Operate with a remote control.

Heating Capability
While not recommended as a primary heat source, The Sideline® 84 can heat a room up to 400 square feet with its 5000 BTU heater. It can also operate without heat for ambiance.

Comes With Faux Log and Glass Crystals
Exclusive to all Sideline Series Fireplaces, The Sideline® 84 includes both glass crystals and a faux log set. Choose the contemporary or traditional look.

Mounting and Use
Designed for recessed placement but can also be hung on the wall. Follow the provided instructions for mounting. Recommended placement is at least 6 inches above the floor or 8 inches below a mounted flat screen TV.

Delivery & Shipping

Touchstone’s largest electric fireplaces are shipped via freight lift-gate service. Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email. It typically takes 1-2 business days to process and ship your order.

The delivery will be made to your curbside. Similar to most ground shipments, signature may not be required. Be aware of any possible issues with a drop off delivery if you are not home, or if the weather is an issue. You are responsible for unpacking your Touchstone Product, disposing of packing material and placing/installing the product in your house.

We will send you an email with your order shipment tracking information, so you can check with the shipping carrier directly to track the progress of your delivery. There is a 14 day window to voice any missing or damaged items. Please call us at 1-800-215-1990 and we would be happy to assist you.
