Totally impressed!

I’ve been working on my basement which tends to be a bit chilly. I bought this fireplace kind of on a whim and am so pleasantly surprised! It looks awesome and provides just enough heat. So glad I decided to take a chance!

Touchstone fireplace

1) Just got it installed and it seems fine. I would like the flames to show a little more and go a little higher. Also, what about a yellow flame choice? 2) You did not include batteries in the remote and you should. 3) The delivery people did not ring into my building as I requested. They dropped the fireplace off inside the first floor and my mailman had to help me lug it up. I know the delivery person did not ring in as I was home all day that day.
