Electric fireplace
The fireplace overall is cool looking. The lights looks very close to fire. The heater on high is moderate. It does not heat as well as it should.

The Touchstone insert looks great. My only suggestion to the Touchstone team is to design a remote that indicates the different functions. It would be helpful to us older folks. Either a light on the heat function to know when it is on or if timer is activated. The unit is absolutely beautiful. The Touchstone team is very helpful answering questions.

I’ve had the fireplace for almost 6 months now and still very pleased with it. I’ve had no problems whatsoever. It was easy to install, looks awesome in the wall and heats very well. Their customer service is top notch. My remote wasn’t working when I received it so I called them and they immediately sent me another one in the mail at no further cost. The person I spoke to was very pleasant and understanding. I would highly recommend this company if you’re in need of an electric fireplace. Another bonus is it’s made in the United States. Can’t get better than that. I wish there was a way to post a picture to this review. 5 Stars!!!
