I bought a used house that had a Touchstone fireplace in it but no remote.
How to review something that I have hardly used. And why review it if it hasn’t been used. Because this is about the 4th request to review and I want that to stop. The ordering was simple though a little over priced for a “simple" remote. The delivery was quick and packed in a well protected box. The followup asking for a review was quick and thinking that we are in a 90º weather area, I am in a hurry to use the fireplace so that I can feel what it will be like in **** when I get there. Well, here is the review-5 stars for the quick delivery and no stars for anyhing else as I really haven’t done anything other than put in batteries and hit a button to verify that it has a connection.
Remote worked perfectly
I had to order a new remote because I lost mine before installing the fireplace and the new one worked perfectly!!! I had great customer service helping me determine which remote to purchase.
It's been over a month that I've been trying to solve the issue w this remote but I have not received a call and email support is just non-existent. Do I still have a chance to solve the situation?
