I ordered this Fireplace to hang flush on the wall (which is verified even though it states "recessed" and can be installed recessed). However, I ended up liking it better sitting on my piece of console furniture underneath my TV. It is cool touch and has little rubber stands on the bottom of the fireplace, so it can also be free-standing without installation. It is the most wonderful calming attractive fireplace ever!!! I love the 3 sided view and the quality of this product is outstanding!! It is very realistic, which is what I searched through many, many fireplaces to find. The fire Crackling speaker and extra remote bundle was well worth the small additional price. We have a remote on both sides of the bed and the fire crackling makes the fireplace come alive! It sounds very realistic!! I only have one wish, that you could operate the fire crackling box with the remote and that it had a timer like the fireplace. Other than that, I would buy this again. You won't be disappointed with this fireplace and bundle purchase. It makes any room, however you choose to install, hang flush on the wall, or simply use it freestanding.

Great customer service and speedy delivery. Love the fireplace. We did however order the accessory bundle and the little speaker left a lot to be desired. Overall very pleased.
