What does "White Glove Delivery" include?:
TV Cabinet installed by two trained service providers.
Precision scheduling to a 4-hour window.
Equipment to safely lower your TV cabinet from truck to ground.
Email messaging of delivery status once your cabinet is picked up at our warehouse.
Removal of TV cabinet from packing material.
Positioning of cabinet in your home according to your specifications. (Please make sure your location of choice is accessible and that your cabinet will fit in stairs and doorways leading to the location.)
Components (Cable boxes, satellite boxes and DVD players) and cables are the homeowner’s responsibility.

Perform a final check that all services were performed to your satisfaction and that all the TV Lift cabinets was received in good condition. (Please see our policies page for information on damages reported after install.)
The Delivery team will not remove TV from wall or uninstall TV from entertainment unit.
You can track your shipment at the carriers website. Touchstone sends you all the tracking information once we register your shipment with the carrier.
Please note someone over the age of 18 must be present to sign off on the delivery.
