Realistic Flames

The premium LED flame display replicates the ambiance of a wood or gas burning fireplace. Easily adjust the colors and intensity of the flames and flame bed using the touchscreen or remote control.

60 Color Combinations

Create the perfect mood with 10 flame and 6 flame bed colors to match your style.

Built-in Heater

Enjoy cozy, supplemental heat in your room. The Sideline Infinity® Fireplace has two heat settings, a thermostat, and an 8-hour timer with auto shut off. It quickly warms up to a 400 square foot area. Please note that the heater is not intended to be the primary heat source in the room.

Year-Round Use

The flames and heat can be operated independently, allowing you to enjoy the calming flames with or without heat throughout the year.

Cool to the Touch Glass

The Sideline Infinity's glass front and sides remain cool to the touch, providing a safer alternative to a wood burning fire.

Easy, Versatile Installation

Choose from various installation options to achieve a sleek, modern fireplace style. The Sideline Infinity can be plugged into an outlet or hardwired. A mounting bracket is included.

Customize the Fireplace Media

Personalize your fireplace with the included log set and crystals. Clear and black crystals offer a modern touch, while the log set provides a traditional look.

Ceiling and TV Mounting Space

For safety, it is recommended to install the Sideline Infinity at least 8 inches below the ceiling or a wall-mounted TV to ensure proper clearance from the fireplace heating vent.

Easy Operation - WiFi Enabled

Adjust the flames, flame bed and heat settings by touchscreen, remote control or smartphone app. The touchscreen lights dim a few seconds after adjustment. See the WiFi Set Up Guide for more information.

Delivery and Shipping

Delivery & Shipping

Touchstone’s largest electric fireplaces are shipped via freight lift-gate service. Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email. It typically takes 1-2 business days to process and ship your order.

The delivery will be made to your curbside. Similar to most ground shipments, signature may not be required. Be aware of any possible issues with a drop off delivery if you are not home, or if the weather is an issue. You are responsible for unpacking your Touchstone Product, disposing of packing material and placing/installing the product in your house.

We will send you an email with your order shipment tracking information, so you can check with the shipping carrier directly to track the progress of your delivery. There is a 14 day window to voice any missing or damaged items. Please call us at 1-800-215-1990 and we would be happy to assist you.
