Overview
The Sideline® 28 electric fireplace by Touchstone is a compact and ventless option that delivers a built-in look and cozy ambiance. Perfect for smaller spaces and RVs, it offers the convenience of an electric fireplace.

Realistic Flame
Featuring a lifelike flame, the Sideline® 28 offers 5 brightness settings in 3 colors, replicating the charm of a traditional wood-burning fireplace. Its realistic flame enhances the overall experience.

Multiple Flame Colors
Customize your atmosphere with the Sideline® 28's three color-changing options and five settings. Control the flame effortlessly using the included remote control.

Heating Capability
While not intended as a primary heat source, the Sideline® 28 can effectively warm up a room of up to 300 square feet. It provides two heat settings and can be enjoyed without heat for visual appeal.

Faux Log and Glass Crystals
For a personalized touch, the Sideline® 28 comes with both faux log and glass crystal options, allowing you to choose between contemporary or traditional aesthetics.

Mounting and Use
With easy installation, the Sideline® 28 can be recessed or wall-mounted. Follow the provided mounting instructions for proper placement, ensuring it is positioned at least 8 inches below the ceiling or below a mounted flat-screen TV for optimal performance.

Delivery & Shipping

Touchstone’s Electric Fireplaces are shipped via UPS Ground service. If you would like priority shipping, please call us at 888-978-3531 to request a quote.

These deliveries are handled the same way as any UPS Ground shipment, so they can be left when you are not home. Touchstone is responsible for the delivery only to the point that the Fireplace is dropped off, so please be aware of any possible issues with a drop off delivery if you are not home, or if the weather is an issue.

Touchstone™ sends you an email with your order shipment tracking information, so you can check with the shipping carrier directly to track your shipment.
