VESA Standards

Elevate TV Lift Cabinets are designed to use industry standard mounting patterns to mount VESA compliant flat screen televisions.

Simply put, VESA is a set of manufacturing standards for the hole pattern used to mount flat screen TV and computer monitors that most manufactureres adhere to. While the vast majority of TV's are VESA compliant these days there are models of flat screen LCD and Plasma TV's that are not.



Typically you can find the exact VESA standard specification information in your TV product manual but if you don't have the manual for your TV there are other ways to determine this.

Grab a ruler or tape measure and take a vertical and horizontal measurement (in mm) and note the dimensions accordingly. VESA compatibility is based on the distance between each of the mounting holes and will determine whether or not your flat screen TV is VESA compliant and will fit with the Elevate TV lift cabinet.
