Although Touchstone supplies a detailed instruction booklet and video for do-it-yourselfers, there are some who prefer to leave this job to professionals. Our standard white glove service includes placement of your TV Lift Cabinet in your home, but this Installation Service gets your Flat Screen Television mounted on your TV Lift Cabinet by a trained professional.


Our standard White Glove service sends two trained service providers to your home, with precision scheduling to a 4-hour window. When you purchase Professional TV Installation a third service provider comes to your home with the sole task of installing your TV and connecting all cables and equipment. These installation professionals are experts at installing flat screen TVs in homes.

Included in the service:

Positioning of flat panel TV in the cabinet in accordance with Touchstone guidelines.

Surface route cables to tuner source.

Connect and verify signal from existing A/V equipment and signal source(s).

Connect to A/C power source.

Program TV remote to control compatible equipment.

Demonstrate product features and train on basic system operation.

Connecting up to 5 floor or stand mounted speakers.

Once completed, performa final check that all services were performed to your satisfaction.
