Touchstone TV Lift Cabinets come with a standard 1-year warranty with an extended 7-year warranty available at $199.00. For more information on coverage please visit our warranty page.

Touchstone Home Products, Inc.,(Touchstone) warrants its products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship and will be suitable for form, fit and function for 1 year as follows: Lift Mechanism: One year replacement of the entire lift machine and or control box. Wooden Cabinets: One year parts warranty. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is effective upon date of shipment from Touchstone. All claims under this warranty must be accompanied by the original Touchstone product serial number, the purchasers' original invoice and date of purchase. This warranty is conditional provided the products purchased from Touchstone were installed and operated in accordance with Touchstone instructions. The obligation of Touchstone is limited to the repair or replacement, at our discretion, of the defective product only. This warranty does not cover damages, including but not limited to, those resulting from shipping, accidents, alterations, misuse, abuse, exposure to tobacco smoke, exposure to the weather, normal wear and tear, terrorism, sabotage, acts of God, or failure to follow Touchstone's instructions. In no event shall Touchstone be liable or responsible for the act or expense of removal or installation of defective products, incidental, consequential or liquidated damages or for any other direct or indirect damage, loss, cost, expense or fee.


We cannot be responsible for the cost of repair or replacement of unreported damage if its not notated on the White Glove Carrier's documentation. You are responsible for inspecting your cabinet upon delivery and noting any damage. Repairs are normally handled in your home by one of our national network of furniture repair experts. Please note there is a 25% restocking fee on merchandise returned/exchanged for any reason other than a product defect or damage once you have accepted your TV Lift cabinet. Touchstone is not responsible for defects or damage after the white glove service has been completed and you have accepted delivery.


Obviously our TV Lift Cabinets are large items, so there significant expense involved in their White Glove delivery. Once you place an order with Touchstone Home Products the cabinet is normally picked up by our White Glove service within 12-24 hours. If you cancel your order while the cabinet has yet to be shipped there will be no restocking fee or shipping charges. Once the TV Lift Cabinet has been shipped there is a 25% restocking fee on merchandise returned/exchanged for any reason other than a product defect or damage, and the customer is responsible for all shipping costs tied to the return of the cabinet.

In some cases a custom, special order item may be non-returnable and/or non-cancelable. Any items that are returned without a return authorization will be charged 50% restocking fee. Returns/Exchanges received 30 days after we have issue you a return authorization will incur a 50% restocking fee.

There is a 25% restocking fee on merchandise returned/exchanged for any reason other than a product defect or damage. Any items that are returned without a return authorization will be charged 50% restocking fee.

Touchstone can provide color samples for all of our products upon request. If you require a true color match, please request a color sample prior to placing your order. Color matching is not a condition that qualifies for a return under this return policy. No warranty for color matching is expressed or implied.

Please inspect your cabinet immediately upon receipt for shipping damages. If your cabinet is delivered by Touchstone Home Products, the White Glove service will inspect the it with you. Once you have inspected the cabinet and accepted delivery from the White Glove service, we cannot take responsibility for shipping damages.

You must call us for a Return Authorization number (RA#) by calling toll free our Customer Service at 800-215-1990. Please make sure you write this number on the outside of the box you send back to us. Returns without an RA# will be refused.

Returns/Exchanges will not be accepted after 30 days from when you receive your shipment.

ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED IN THEIR ORIGINAL PACKAGING AS SHIPPED BY TOUCHSTONE HOME PRODUCTS. ANY ITEMS RETURNED IN PACKAGING OTHER THAN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING WILL BE REFUSED.
