  1. Looks heavy. How do I get this cabinet in the house?
    Our White Glove delivery service will bring the cabinet in the house, un-pack it and place it in your desired location.
  2. How long does it take to mount my TV to your furniture?
    Our new Quick Connect mounting system affords our customers extremely fast & simple installation times. It takes approximately 5-10 minutes to attach the TV using the supplied hardware.
  3. Will the furniture require assembly?
    No. All of our furniture is shipped fully assembled. Mount your TV, plug it in and you are ready to go.
  4. Is the TV Lift Mechanism included in your pricing?
    Yes. All of our furniture comes with a pre-installed TV Lift System.
  5. Can I operate my DVD, CD, Cable Box, Satellite Box, etc. from behind closed doors?
    We offer an IR Repeater that allows you to control all your components using your existing remotes from behind closed doors. The infrared system repeats your signal from your remotes inside the cabinet allowing you complete remote control without opening the doors.

  7. How long does it take to receive my order?
    Products that are in stock will arrive in approximately 7-10 business days.
  8. Where do my cords come out of on the foot of the bed units?
    The cords can come out of the bottom of the cabinet or out of the wire management slots on the rear of the cabinet that faces the bed.
  9. What does white glove delivery service include?
    THP provides our customers the extra care you would expect from an industry leader. Our premiere white glove delivery package includes the following:
    • Delivered by two trades' people.
    • Position cabinet to homeowner's specifications (Up to 1 flight of stairs).
    • Unpack fully assembled cabinet.
    • Double-check all services are to client's satisfaction.
    • Remove and recycle all packaging.

    This additional service makes it even easier to get up and running. We will have a professional installation serviceman mount your television and all components and connect all power cables for an additional $249.00.
  11. When, and by whom, will my order be delivered?
    Our product is delivered by high end freight companies experienced in furniture moving. Delivery is typically within 7-10 business days.
  12. Will my item look exactly like the picture?
    Touchstone Home Products makes every effort to provide high quality, color corrected, high resolution images to assist you in selecting your furniture. However, images may vary in color depending on your monitor color settings. Sometimes measurements are rounded off, and occasionally they will vary slightly from the description. If precise dimensions or colors are critical to your order we suggest contacting us by phone or e-mail in order to further assist you. Please note: We are not responsible for color variations or measurements that may be slightly off (1/2 inch or less). All Returns will be subject to our return policies & fees.
  13. What window of time will the freight company give me for delivery?
    Precision scheduling while the freight is in transit means our customers delivery window is 4 hours.
  14. Do you offer a warranty?
    Touchstone Home Products offers a 1 year warranty on the lift mechanism. Our furniture is covered against manufacturers defect; however this must be noted at time of delivery and reported to Touchstone Home Products. You will find some of the best customer service representatives in the furniture business ready to assist you! Our customers are our number one priority.
  15. What should I do if the unit needs repair?
    Please call us immediately should you require a repair. Touchstone Home Products has contracted with a national service company that will schedule an appointment to come to your home and repair your cabinet. Our customer service team is trained to handle repairs very efficiently.
  16. Can any sort of TV be mounted to your cabinets?
    All flat panel TV's (Plasma and LCD's) can be mounted in our cabinets as long as they meet our cabinet specifications.
